STEP 1:CONSULTATION

Our goal is to create a gift that reflects the event or experience you are providing. To that end, we meet with you to learn about your company or organizational culture, goals and objectives, event theme, location and all of the important details. Most importantly, we gain a solid understanding of your overall vision. Focusing on your end goal is key to creating a piece that will continue to add value long after the experience. 

If you can imagine it, we can design it!

STEP 2: INSPIRATION

Our team will learn all there is to know about your event and your attendees. For trips, we will explore your destination, property, offsite venues & activities from a perspective of history, art, architecture and culture, to reveal the perfect inspiration for the creation of your unique piece. Many find inspiration in a company or trip logo, campaign theme art or a specific product.

Hand drawn design concepts will be presented for your feedback and once selected, the creation process begins. 

STEP 3: CREATION

We utilize CAD technology and/or a custom wax mold to present a realistic image proof of your custom design that will be sent to you via email. This allows you to tweak every aspect of your piece until it's exactly like you want it.

 

After design approval, a sample will be created for quality review and approval before the final order goes into production.

It's that easy! Our standard turn around time is 6-8 weeks from design approval, but we've been know to move a lot quicker when needed.
